Automatic system for shot peening gears, equipped with automatic loader to work batches independently without the presence of an operator. An actual programming aid makes it possible to bind the position of the shot-peening nozzles to the size of the workpiece to be treated through a dedicated algorithm. All this focused on achieving the maximum simplification possible when setting up the machine, guaranteeing at the same time even shot-peening intensity no matter the shape of the part. The use of compressed-air technology, together with a specifically designed management software, made it possible to develop a system able to ensure rigorous control of all process characteristics like job pressure, hot spot location, blasting angle, grit size and shape, the speed of shifting and rotation of the various drives.
