On many occasions the ribbed holes on gears are irreparably damaged by heat treatments that strain them, incorrect mechanical processes and much more. When this happens on the finished, already heat processed piece, there is no other option but to discard the unacceptably strained pieces. All this causes sizeable economic problems and production delays. Our special technology for controlled removal has made it possible for us to realise a highly productive automatic satellite system able to restore the correct shape of the component through targeted and effective operations to recover the gears that up until then had been discarded, with quick setup to deal with frequent changes of shapes to be treated.
