SD7SAT2

The SD7SAT2 is a high-tech automatic machine for the surface treatment and finishing of small/medium sized parts. The compact size allows for easy placement in tight spaces. The intuitive PLC allows you to program and control all process parameters with extreme precision. The BIO version is the ideal solution for the treatment of biomedical components, like implant screws and other prostheses.

SAT4

The SAT4 are automatic high-tech machines with very high productivity made for the treatment and finishing of surfaces. Their strength is the complete elimination of downtime usually due to the unloading of processed pieces and loading of pieces to be processed. The machine is equipped with a system of multiple satellites, making it possible to feed the system without interrupting the treatment. The external satellite allows for loading/unloading in absolute safety while treatments are carried out in the internal satellites. A special area is dedicated to the blowing and cleaning of the treated part. The intuitive PLC with operator interface allows one to program and control all process parameters with extreme precision.
