The 3D11B is the automatic and manual system designed to meet the high productivity needs of the Additive Manufacturing world.
It integrates an automatic high-volume basket, a Siemens PLC for setting sandblasting recipes and scheduled maintenance, a shot blasting and recovery system, as well as the automatic device for filtering dust through a cartridge.
It can be equipped with the innovative Ion-Cleaning system to reduce any electrostatic charges in the case of treatment on plastic parts, such as PA12.
Finally, the 3D11B is equipped with a remote assistance module that makes it ready for Industry 4.0.
