- Always fill the tank with clean, dry abrasive
- Do not clean sand containers with solvents
- Adjust the tank pressure using the regulator (1) to between 3-6 bar, as required
- To adjust the pressure, lift regulator knob and turn it. Once the required value has been set, press the knob to lock it.
- Loosen plug (2) and fill the tank with the desired abrasive up to about 1-2 cm from the edge of the tube. Make sure that the grain size of the abrasive corresponds to the value indicated on the tank itself; then screw the plug back on.

- Microblast is delivered with three different sizes of blasting nozzles (diameters Ø0.8-Ø1-Ø1.2mm). Each nozzle is associated with a different distributor. To ensure device correct operation, avoid configurations between nozzle and distributor other than those recommended.
- Different nozzle sizes allow using different grain sizes of the shot particulate: the greater the diameter, the greater the size of the shot particulate.
BLASTING NOZZLE SIZE
Ø 0.8 – Grain from 50 to 80 microns
Ø 1.0 – Grain from 90 to 125 microns
Ø 1.2 – Grain from 150 to 250 microns
