The challenge

Brazing is a process that introduces some often unwelcome effects with residues that remain on the surface and that can disturb subsequent processes or simply make the product look unpleasant.

In addition to the need to bring the surface affected by the brazing to an aesthetically acceptable condition, the oxidized residues trigger detachment when the component is in operation.

Norblast solution

Norblast has developed a solution able to guarantee the perfect removal of silicates and post-process residues.

The removal of unwanted coatings can be carried out with both manual and automatic systems capable of responding to the most diverse production needs; both in terms of quantity and product variability.

The treatment can be carried out both in manual and automatic mode up to a fully robotic solution.
